Hubei Allwin High-Tech Seed Co., Ltd, is a state-owned capital holding enterprise,a holding subsidiary of Anhui Winall High-Tech Co., LTD., a subsidiary of Sinochem Syngenta China. The company was established in 2010 with a registered capital of 30 millor yuan. By the end of 2023, the total assets of the company are 224 million yuan, and the net assets are 116 million yuan.The company has 91 employees, headquartered in Syngenta Wuhan Seed Life Center,and has a branch office in Jingzhou.The main business is hybrid rice research and development, production, marketing and international trade services.
In recent years, 60 rice varieties with independent intellectual property rights have been approved by the State and Hubei Province, and 21 varieties have been approved by China. In 2023, the hybrid rice seed production area is 2580 hectares, the annual output of hybrid rice seed is 6.9 milion kilograms on average, the main business hybrid rice sales revenue is 133 millilon yuan, and the net profit is 35.02 million yuan in 2023. After more than ten years of development, Hubei Allwin High-Tech Seed Co., Ltd has become the champion of rice seed sales in Hubei Province.
In terms of international business, we are just getting started and exploring at full speed.After testing several of our varieties in a small region in Southeast Asia in 2019 and 2020, and getting good results, we established the international Trade Department in 2021, and hired Dr.Rizwan Muhammad, a Pakistani professor at Yangtze University, as the manager ofthe International Trade Department, specifically to explore the international market. In 2021 and 2022, we conducted pilot trials in Pakistan, the Philippines, Vietnam,,Nigeria and other large regions, and performed very well, proving that our varieties can be grown in South Asia,Southeast Asia and Africa.After 2 years of trlal and accumulation, combined with our personnel advantages, we set the focus market in Pakistan.
