2011-2013
During the start-up period of 2011-2013, HUBEI ALLWIN HIGH--TECH SEEDCO, LTD was established based on Tsuen Yin High Tech Group, focusing on the breeding and development of hybrid rice seeds.
2014-2016
2014-2016 growth period-scientific research, production, marketing steady development. The independently bred two-line nuclear sterile line Quan 1S, Quan Liangyou No.1 and Quan Liangyou 681 have passed the examination and approval one after another. A large-scale, standardized, specialized and mechanized production base has been established. The marketing network extends to eight provinces and cities in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, with a total promotion of more than 6 million kg of high-quality hybrid rice varieties, creating social benefits of nearly 0.5 billion yuan.
2017-2023
Growth period 2017-2023-New breakthroughs in scientific research, production and marketing. The research and development of rice "chip" has achieved remarkable results. The production base has repeatedly reported good news. The marketing network extends to 16 provinces and cities in the southern rice region. In 2018, the company was recognized as a national "high-tech enterprise" and in 2023, it was awarded a "AAA" credit enterprise. Annual production and operation of rice seeds reached 5 million kg, with an annual turnover of more than 0.16 billion yuan.
2024-2026
New Journey in 2024-2026-The company has more than 70 new rice varieties with high quality, high yield and multi-resistance suitable for different ecological conditions and different market demands. A series of variety systems have been established, such as Proverbs Liangyou, Chu Fengyou, Tsuen Youyou, Ying Liangyou, Zhong Liangyou, Yong Liangyou, Quan Liangyou and Hui Liangyou. Five sales teams and international trade departments composed of more than 60 sales elites have been set up, it opens a new journey from regional rice seed companies to the national rice market and even the global rice market. Hubei Quanyin Gaoke is moving towards the sales of 10 million kilograms of seeds.
