Rice blast is one of the major rice diseases in the world, causing an average annual yield reduction of about 10%. These losses are the result of active prevention and control measures; if not controlled, rice blast can cause a loss of more than 40% of the total output of rice, Even the situation of no harvest.
Rice blast is one of the major rice diseases in the world, causing an average annual yield reduction of about 10%. These losses are the result of active prevention and control measures; if not controlled, rice blast can cause a loss of more than 40% of the total output of rice, Even the situation of no harvest. The prevention and control strategy of rice blast is based on the rational distribution of blast-resistant varieties, reducing the source of bacteria as the premise, strengthening health cultivation as the key, and pharmaceutical control as the auxiliary.
1. agricultural measures
1, the selection of anti-blast varieties. Planting blast-resistant varieties is the most economical and effective way to control rice blast.
2, drug spray. The 2-3 leaf stage is the key period for the control of seedling blast, and the break stage is the key period for the control of spike neck blast in rice. The optional agents are: tricyclic azole 225~300g (active ingredient)/hm2, 40% oryzaprozole emulsifiable concentrate 1500mL/hm2;25% prochloraz emulsifiable concentrate 1500mL/hm2, 15% chlorpyrexil emulsifiable concentrate 750mL/hm2, 40% pomelamide suspending agent 750mL/hm2, 30% imazoxystrobin microemulsion 600mL/hm2. For susceptible varieties with no disease of leaf blast in severely diseased areas, 225-300g tricyclic azole should be used per hectare to prevent the disease once at the initial stage of rice crevus.
2. chemical prevention and control
1. Seed treatment. With 800 times of 40% carbendazim wettable powder, 1kg of seeds are soaked with 1kg of liquid medicine, and germination is induced after soaking for 48 hours, which can also cure rice blast, abomasum disease and rice dry apex nematode disease. Or soaking seeds with 25% prochloraz emulsifiable concentrate and 50% rice blast net emulsifiable concentrate 1000 times for 48h.
2. Remove diseased straw and eliminate overwintering bacteria sources. After the rice is harvested, the straw should be fully recovered and cannot be left in the field. Severely ill straw should be burned.
3. Strengthen cultivation management and improve disease resistance. Apply sufficient base fertilizer, top dressing timely, fertilize seedlings, not partial application of nitrogen fertilizer, should increase the application of silicon fertilizer. Irrigation should be deep water green, shallow water tiller, moderate drainage sunburn.
