For fields with a large amount of straw returning to the field, it is necessary to drain the open field for many times to increase the oxygen content of the soil, speed up the straw maturity, promote the development of the root system, and prevent the freezing of seedlings.
The second is to see the seedlings supplement fertilizer to promote seedlings.For fields with late transplanting period, weak seedling quality or frozen seedlings, the transformation of seedlings is promoted by regulating fertilizer and water or spraying growth regulators. After the living trees turn green, apply tillering fertilizer as soon as possible. For the fields with insufficient application of base fertilizer, the balanced fertilizer can be applied according to the seedling condition one week after the application of tillering fertilizer.

If the field is cut off or more than 5% of the trees are missing (more than 3% of the high-yield field), if conditions permit, the whole field should be filled with seedlings within one week after planting to ensure a sufficient number of basic seedlings. For paddy fields that have not been transplanted, especially shrimp paddy fields, the planting density should be appropriately increased as soon as possible to lay a solid foundation for high yield of rice.
